How many users do Yahoo and Google toolbar and popular firefox plugins have?

I am specifically interested in getting an idea of the number of users who download these things directly, since Yahoo! and Google toolbars come bundled with other things like Y! messenger and firefox. I am basically interested in getting an idea of the number of users who would be open to installing add-ons to their browser and feel that these would give me a reasonable idea. It has been hard to find this on techcrunch and other similar sites, and I would greatly appreciate pointers that address this question.

Thanks,

Vijay

How many users do Yahoo and Google toolbar and popular firefox plugins have?
Some numbers from download.com:

Google Toolbar IE: 3,522,759

Google Toobar Firefox: 31,247

Yahoo Toolbar: 1,395,536

For comparison, Adobe Reader has 34,856,330 downloads.

Here's a comparison for the volumes of Google searches: http://www.google.com/trends?q=google+to...

Usually toolbars are associated with spyware, software bundles, but if you already have some popular services, a toolbar can increase the number of visits and expose more options to your users.
Reply:I install both Yahoo and Google toolbar in my computer at home. I think many yahoo and google visitors install one of them. These toolbars you mention are all good toolbars.
