YouTube proxy that can(bypass proxy+download video behinf its own proxy )?

The net in my college has blocked youtube,and i cant watch videos behind a proxy coz they disabled flash plug in.


so what i want is a site that work as proxy(like tubeoxy .com) and download (like techcrunch.com/get_you_tube_movie) that can download videos behind its own proxy at the same time..


if there is none can u give me a youtube download site that can download videos behind other site 's proxy or vice versa.


I tried it on techcrunch by tubeoxy and the result was:

But when i submit the real url of a youtube video the box dissapear


If u can get me one i can design a program that does this whole trick automatically ,,and might send it to you!!!
